Collin Morikawa Earns Six-Stroke Victory at the Zozo Championship

Congratulations to two-time major champion Collin Morikawa on his six-stroke victory and sixth-career PGA Tour win at the Zozo Championship. Morikawa closed with a bogey-free 7-under-par 63 to outrace a crowded leaderboard and earn $1.530 million in first place prize money.

Using a SuperStroke Zenergy Tour 2.0 putter grip, Morikawa led the Zozo Championship field in Birdies with 24 and tallied 1.6 Putts Per Green in Regulation (2nd in the field). In his final round, he gained 6.99 Strokes Total on his competitors to earn his first victory since his triumph at the 2021 Open Championship

With his Zozo Championship victory, Morikawa is the fourth consecutive SuperStroke user to win a FedExCup Fall series event this season, joining the winners of the Fortinet Championship, Sanderson Farms Championship and the Shriners Children’s Open.

“Congratulations to Collin Morikawa on winning in tremendous fashion by six shots at the Zozo Championship,” says SuperStroke CEO Dean Dingman. “Collin is an amazing champion who excels at every phase of the game and putted especially brilliantly this week with his SuperStroke Zenergy Tour 2.0 putter grip. Collin really appears to be well on his way to a Hall of Fame career.”
