Our Traxion Tour Club Grip is the culmination of years of SuperStroke’s research and development that focused on raising performance standards in the polyurethane grip category. “In the past, choosing a polyurethane swing grip meant compromising performance for comfort,” says SuperStroke CEO Dean Dingman. “Leveraging what we’ve learned from our putter grips, we’ve been able to fix that. We made huge strides in the past years with our Cross Comfort swing grip, and the Traxion Tour elevates performance to an even higher level.”
The foundation of the Traxion Tour is Torsional Performance, SuperStroke’s two-piece construction that combines a soft, tacky polyurethane outer layer with a firm, rubber inner core that delivers high-performance stability. The result is a grip that feels amazing and also offers golfers the feedback and control they need to play their best. The Traxion Tour also features Taper Control Technology, which boosts the size of the lower hand area to help golfers reduce tension and improve their clubhead speed.
The Traxion Tour implements Traxion Control in a similar fashion as the Traxion Series putter grips, strategically placing “Traxion Zones” throughout the design to deliver a uniquely responsive and tacky feel. Like the Traxion Series putter grips, the Traxion Tour also benefits from Spyne Technology, adding a heavily embossed ridge on the underside of the grips. It functions as a reminder that guides golfers to repeatable hand placement, making it easier to square the face at impact.
