If you are not totally satisfied with an item that you purchased at superstrokeusa.com, you may return it in its original, new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. The original packaging must be on the product for us to accept a return for refund.
Please note: Due to their custom nature, custom printed putter grips may be returned for partial credit only.
Swing grips and putter grips may not be returned in used condition unless defective.
Limited Edition Product is Final Sale
All Limited Edition product is final sale. No exchanges, returns or credits permitted on final sale merchandise purchased.
How to submit a refund request:
To request a refund, send an email to cs@superstrokeusa.com and include your name, order number, and a note stating you are returning the product. Once we receive the product, please allow 3-5 days for us to process the return.
SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is due to a product defect or we delivered the wrong product, SuperStroke will supply a shipping label. If returned for other reasons, customer is responsible for shipping charges.
