If you are not totally satisfied with an item that you purchased at superstrokeusa.com, you may return it in its original, new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. The original packaging must be on the product for us to accept a return for refund.

Please note: Due to their custom nature, custom printed putter grips may be returned for partial credit only.

Swing grips and putter grips may not be returned in used condition unless defective.

Limited Edition Product is Final Sale

All Limited Edition product is final sale. No exchanges, returns or credits permitted on final sale merchandise purchased.

Once we receive the product, please allow 3-5 days for us to process the return.  

What is “Free Returns” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free. Custom items are subject to a partial credit return. Limited edition products are final sale.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

SHIPPING COSTS

If the return is due to a product defect or we delivered the wrong product, SuperStroke will supply a shipping label. If returned for other reasons, customer is responsible for shipping charges.
