The 36 year old Jason Kokrak battled through some early final round adversity to take home his second career PGA Tour victory at the Charles Schwab Challenge. Not only was it the second win of his career, but it was also his second win of the season, making him one of three players to have multiple trophies this year. He relied on his SuperStroke Pistol GT 1.0 to drain clutch putts down the stretch at Colonial and hold on for a 2-shot victory finishing at 14-under, 266 total for the tournament. He’ll look to build on this momentum as the U.S Open (third major of the year) is looming at Torrey Pines June 17th – 20th.
SuperStroke also had a solid showing in the top 25, including Texas native Jordan Spieth who battled hard all week but ultimately finished just short as the runner up at 12-under. also played well finishing at 6-under and tied for 20th.
