Congratulations to Rory McIlroy on securing the 27th win of his career with rounds of 66-70-65-66 at The AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.
The 35-year-old Northern Ireland native entered the final round one stroke back before rolling in five birdies and an eagle on his way to a two-stroke victory and the first of his career at famed Pebble Beach Golf Links. McIlroy putted consistently all week, racking up 20 birdies and three eagles and averaging 1.63 putts per green in regulation. He also led the field in Driving Distance, Strokes Gained: Off the Tee, and Strokes Gained: Total and rolled in 86 feet of putts over four rounds.
Earning $3.6 million and 700 FedEx Cup Points, McIlroy shot up to second on the PGA TOUR’s Official Money List and now leads the TOUR in Scoring Average.
